I encourage emerging African investigators to apply for the ASCO International Clinical Research Scholars (ICRS) Program – Africa, a one-year training and mentorship opportunity designed to strengthen clinical cancer research capacity across the continent.
Africa must move beyond being a source of research participants and samples to leading the generation of evidence that shapes cancer care.
