The survivorship journey to rebuild life after childhood cancer is never easy. Yet, survivors like Preeti Phad, who overcame retinoblastoma (cancer of the eye), show us what strength and advocacy look like. Through her work with the Indian Cancer Society and the UGAM Survivorship Group, Preeti empowers others to find hope, rebuild, and thrive beyond cancer.
Her story is a reminder that psycho-oncology is about supporting survivors in reclaiming their lives.
