A throwback to 12 June, when the SIOG UK Country Group and Pfizer Ltd officially introduced the frailty toolkit at the UK Oncology Forum.
The toolkit supports UK healthcare professionals in identifying, assessing, and managing frailty in older adults with cancer across the care pathway.
A practical framework for oncologists, geriatricians, specialist nurses, allied health professionals, and MDT members.
