Beverley de Valois PhD LicAc FBAcC MBLS has 26 years’ experience as acupuncturist and researcher in integrative oncology in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). She has conducted several pioneering studies into using acupuncture in the supportive care of cancer survivors.
Beverley is a Fellow of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC); Honorary Research Fellow, University of Bristol; Council Member, British Society for Integrative Oncology (BSIO); Past Chair, British Lymphology Society (BLS) Scientific Committee. She is author of “Acupuncture and Cancer Survivorship: Recovery, Renewal and Transformation”, and lead author of “Acupuncture in cancer care: recommendations for safe practice (peer-reviewed expert opinion)”.
