“On International Women’s Day, I’ve been reflecting on the theme of Give To Gain.
One of my earliest inspirations and someone I want to honor on this International Women’s Day is my mother – she was brave, bold, and supported her loved ones (friends and family) fiercely. She showed me that strength and generosity can coexist, and that lifting others up is one of the most powerful things we can do.
Some of the most meaningful moments I’ve experienced in my career have come from people who chose to give first – giving time, mentorship, sponsorship, and opportunities. Those small investments compound over time, creating confidence, opening doors, and building the next generation of leaders.
Today is a reminder that advancing women in the workplace isn’t just about recognition – it’s about active participation. When we share knowledge, advocate for talent, and create space at the table, we all gain stronger teams, better ideas, and more resilient organizations.
I’m grateful for the many women who lead with courage, generosity, and excellence every day – and for the mentors and allies who continue to invest in lifting others. Because when we give opportunity, perspective, and support – we all gain.”
