Shrenik Shah, Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Awardee, Global Influencer, Mentor, and Keynote Speaker, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Two years ago, I began a new chapter as a Patient Ambassador, Advocate, and host of ‘Fridays with Shrenik‘ for the Indian Cancer Society – Delhi.
Today, I pause with immense gratitude.
What started as one conversation every Friday has grown into a movement of hope.
- 55 live webinars in 2 years
- Over 300 webinars hosted globally
- Thousands of individuals reached
- Countless stories shared
- A world record as a survivor of laryngeal cancer
Twenty-eight years ago, after surviving Stage IV vocal cord cancer, I never imagined that one day I would use my journey to support others navigating theirs.
These webinars were never about speaking.
- They were about listening.
- Encouraging.
- Educating.
- And reminding people that they are never alone.
My heartfelt gratitude to the Indian Cancer Society – Delhi for entrusting me with this responsibility, and to every guest, survivor, caregiver, healthcare professional, and participant who made these Fridays meaningful.
This milestone is not mine alone.
It belongs to every person who chose hope over fear.
The journey continues.”
