“They removed his voice.
But they could not silence his purpose.
Listening to these words today was deeply emotional for me.
24+ years after losing my larynx to Stage IV cancer, I still sometimes pause and reflect on how life can completely change… and still give you a new reason to serve.
What touched me most was not the praise, but the reminder that resilience is not about being fearless.
It is about learning to adapt.
To stay flexible like water.
To stop complaining and start living with gratitude.
I may have lost my natural voice years ago, but I found a deeper voice through service, purpose, and human connection.
Grateful to everyone who continues to believe in this journey and help me spread hope to cancer fighters, survivors, caregivers, and anyone silently fighting battles inside.
If my story can help even one person choose hope again, then every struggle was worth it.”
