“I am deeply honoured to receive the MASCC Emerging Investigator Award.
MASCC has been an important academic home for me, especially in supportive oncology, symptom management, skin toxicity, quality of life research, and patient-centred cancer care. I am grateful to the many mentors, collaborators, colleagues, patients, and research teams who have shaped this journey and made the work meaningful.
This award is a great encouragement to continue building evidence that improves the experience of people living with and beyond cancer, particularly in areas that are common, burdensome, and still too often under-recognised in routine oncology care.
Thank you to MASCC for this recognition, and to everyone who has supported, challenged, and worked alongside me.”
