Shikha Jain: Celebrating Women’s Leadership at the Christine Malcolm Symposium

Shikha Jain, Founder, Chair of the Board (Former CEO) at Women in Medicine and Associate Professor of Medicine at The University of Illinois Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“What a powerful reminder of why community matters.

I had the privilege of attending the Carol Emmott Foundation Christine Malcolm Symposium, celebrating the next cohort of women leaders from across the country. In moments when the world feels heavy or progress feels uncertain, being in a room filled with women who lead with authenticity, purpose, and courage restores hope.

The evening was a celebration of impact-championing change, lifting others as we rise, and investing in leadership that is values-driven and forward-looking. These are the spaces where momentum is built and where the future of leadership feels not only possible, but strong.

Grateful for organizations that create room for connection, inspiration, and meaningful progress-and for the leaders who show us what’s possible when we lead together.”
