“I am deeply honoured to receive the Women’s Health Advocacy Award from the Medical Women’s Association of Zambia (MWAZ).
Women’s health advocacy is actually women empowerment. An empowered woman will make informed decisions about her health and that of her family.
Sincere thanks to the Medical Women’s Association of Zambia and the Zambian women at large for the opportunity to share information on various health issues.
As a past president of MWAZ, I am delighted to see more and more women take up leadership positions at various levels of the health sector and actively advocate for improved women’s health.”
