“Reach For The Scars - a global call to action making ovarian cancer survivors visible and their stories impossible to ignore. This campaign by World Ovarian Cancer Coalition invites people affected by ovarian cancer to share the scars that shaped their journey.
Navigating both sides of the healthcare system has taught me that some of the deepest scars are the invisible ones. The psychological aftermath of cancer is something many survivors quietly carry long after treatment ends.
This campaign feels incredibly close to my heart because some of the hardest scars to heal are the ones no one else can see.”
