Sewanti Limaye: Honored to Receive Global Leadership in Precision Oncology Award at WIN Symposium 2026

Sewanti Limaye, Co-Founder of Iylon Precision Oncology, shared on LinkedIn:

“Truly honoured and humbled to receive the ‘Global Leadership in Precision Oncology’ Award at WIN Symposium 2026.

This recognition is deeply meaningful – not only personally, but as a reflection of the extraordinary momentum precision oncology in India is gaining on the global stage.

India is emerging as a powerhouse in precision oncology. The future of precision oncology will be global – and India has an increasingly important seat at that table.

Being part of the WIN Consortium in cancer personalized medicine , and serving as a Vice Chair alongside global leaders such as Prof. Wafik El-Deiry and Prof. Razelle Kurzrock , has been an extraordinary privilege.

My heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Wafik El-Deiry for his visionary leadership in taking WIN to new heights, and to Dr. Razelle Kurzrock for her mentorship, Lia Tsimberidou , Fanny Wunder, Layla El-Gharras , Shai Magidi and the entire WIN leadership team and colleagues worldwide-for this honour and for this incredible global platform.

No recognition is ever an individual achievement.

I am deeply grateful to our Chairperson Smt. Nita Ambani ji , and to our leaders Dr.Tarang Gianchandani and Dr. Vijay Haribhakti , for their vision and support.

To my incredible team at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre.

Grateful also to our wider ecosystem partners Prof Vineet Datta, Datar Cancer Genetics Limited, RAJAN DATAR, Ramesh Hariharan, Karkinos Healthcare, Strand Life Sciences and many others who are helping translate innovation into better outcomes for patients.

This award is not just a personal milestone. It is a reminder of what India can contribute to the world of oncology.

From India to the world – we have an opportunity to lead.”
