“Reflecting on 2025-Letter of Gratitude and Achievement
Dear Team,
When I first joined Cancer and Blood Specialty Clinic, our medical record numbers were just past 40,000 patients. Yesterday only about 1-1/2 years later, we crossed 60,000 patients. This represents an extraordinary ~50% growth in a remarkably short period of time.
This level of growth does not happen by chance. It reflects the dedication, professionalism, and tireless efforts of every single person in this practice. It speaks to the strength of our administrative team, the effectiveness and vision of our leadership, and the unwavering commitment of our physicians, nurses, clinical staff and support teams who care for our patients every day.
Each new medical record number represents a patient who trusted us during one of the most vulnerable moments of their life. Managing this growth while continuing to deliver compassionate, high-quality care is a tremendous achievement–and one that deserves recognition.
As we begin 2026, I want to sincerely thank all of you for your hard work, teamwork, and resilience. I am incredibly proud to be part of this organization and look forward to another year of continued growth, excellence and shared success.
