We think a lot about the legacy we leave,
but usually less about the legacy we live each day.
Until a moment when life requires us to dig deep, get honest with ourselves, and truly reflect on what matters.
For me, my diagnosis was that catalyst.
One of the greatest gifts since I learned my cancer had metastasized in 2018 was the clarity to reflect more.
