“Women’s Imaging Unit at Kasr Al Ainy – School of Medicine, Cairo University, hosted a practical training workshop for candidates enrolled in the Cairo University Professional Diploma in Breast Imaging and Interventional Techniques (CUDBIT).

The workshop featured hands-on training in stereotactic biopsy of grouped breast microcalcifications using Breast Simulator model using advanced Senographe Pristina mammography system from GE HealthCare.

Participants gained practical experience in image-guided breast interventions while working with state-of-the-art 3D mammography technology designed to optimize diagnostic accuracy and minimize radiation exposure.

Special appreciation to the trainers Dr. Eman F. Kamal, Dr. Eman Badwy and organizing team Dr. Neveen Gamal and Dr.Sheeren AbdelRaouf whose efforts contributed to the success of this educational initiative.”
