“We are hiring a Director, Field Translational Science (Oncology) at Natera.
This is a new, field-facing leadership role at the intersection of cancer genomics, bioinformatics, and clinical execution. The team will partner directly with clinical investigators to ensure investigator-led research produces scientifically rigorous, publication-ready data.
This role goes beyond a traditional MSL model – Field Translational Scientists serve as the primary technical resource for investigators, supporting data analysis, statistical robustness, and effective use of Natera’s analytical tools, while maintaining day-to-day scientific collaboration with clinicians.
Key must-haves:
- Deep proficiency in cancer biology and/or genetics, experience with liquid biopsy modalities and clinical applications, expertise in NGS and ctDNA workflows, strong foundation in statistical methods;
- Proven people management experience;
- Ability and willingness to travel.
