“Direct oral anticoagulants are efficacious when appropriately used in children with cancer associated thrombosis – though the rate of clinically relevant bleeding in this cohort was higher than what’s been reported in the pediatric randomized trials.
Most CRNM bleeds occurred in the setting of thrombocytopenia.”
