“Day 13: Research and Innovation: Keys to the Future
We need more than awareness. We need research. We need innovation. Childhood cancers are different from adult cancers, yet only a small fraction of global cancer research focuses on children.
Better treatments and cures are possible, but only if we invest in science, clinical trials, and collaboration.
The future of pediatric oncology depends on rigorous research, one that addresses the unique challenges of children in low-resource settings.
We need to invest in the science that could save lives right here, at home. Children here deserve solutions tailored to their needs.
