A 5.30am start wasn’t quite what I had in mind…
But after spending the last couple of days representing Bowel Cancer UK at the Digestive Cancers Europe Masterclass, alongside patient advocates and organisations from across Europe, it felt only right to round off the event with the DiCE Fun Run and Walk.
I definitely embraced the ‘walk’ part…
A lovely way to finish a brilliant few days, and one last chance to catch up with some brilliant new friends and colleagues before we all head back home.
Safe to say I followed the smile rather than chasing a PB!”
