Raymond Chan: The SEAMLESS Study on Improving Cancer Survivorship Care

Raymond Chan, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Research at Flinders University, shared a post about an article Him and his collogues co-authored in Western Pacific, on LinkedIn:

“There are now over 1.6 million Australians living with or beyond cancer, >100 million worldwide. When we look at barriers to quality care, we MUST think at the system level. If we keep targeting indiviudal/clinical or oragnisational level strategy, we can only go so far!

Over recent years, in addition to clinical studies, our team has been undertaking a suite of Systems-Thinking studies in survivorship to better understand the dynamic complex relationships and strategies to address system barriers to quality cancer survivorship care delivery.”

Title: Advancing implementation of shared care for cancer survivors using
