“During my recent trip to LA, i had the opportunity to visit the City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Centre, where I met my good friend and global geri-onco superstar, William Dale and his team to create closer collaboration between National Cancer Centre Singapore and COH Geriatric Oncology. Their hospitality was outstanding – special thanks also to Vani Katheria, William’s program manager, who gave me a focused tour of the campus and its beautiful surroundings.
The conversations were practical: shared challenges, potential training exchanges, and future collaboration. A few days earlier, another COH superstar Sumanta Pal, William and his lovely wife Tamra hosted me to a warm dinner near UCLA. Thrilled to have met them this trip.”
