Radu-Dumitru Dragomir: Collaboration Is Key in Advancing Endometrial Cancer Care

Radu – Dumitru Dragomir, Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Medical Coordinator at Nostra:Biome, Assistant Professor of Oncology at Victor Babeş University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timişoara, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Feeling grateful and inspired after being selected by ESMO to attend the ESMO Preceptorship on Endometrial Cancer in Lugano!

As oncology continues to evolve at an extraordinary pace – particularly in endometrial cancer – it becomes increasingly clear that learning cannot stop at the clinic or the classroom. Every opportunity to engage with experts, exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and build meaningful collaborations makes the difference between maintaining the status quo and driving positive change, ultimately benefiting the patients we care for.

One message from the meeting topped the highlights, in my opinion: collaboration is key! This simple statement made by Prof. Domenica Lorusso captured what meetings like this are truly about. Progress in oncology is driven not only by scientific breakthroughs, but also by the willingness of people to learn from one another and work together.

Thank you to ESMO for this opportunity, and to all the faculty (Ilaria Colombo, Fabian Trillsch, Alina Sturdza, Nicoletta Colombo, Nicole Concin, KURTZ Jean-Emmanuel, Domenica Lorusso, Prof. Dr. Frederik Marmé and Xavier Matias-Guiu) and colleagues who made these days so enriching. I look forward to bringing these insights home and translating them into better care for my patients.

PS: Somehow I managed to miss the group photo, so I’ll put another one, just to feel as being part of it.”
