“As part of the Qatar Cancer Society‘s efforts to raise awareness about skin cancer, and under the slogan ‘No Safe Tan: Protect Your Skin,’ the Society delivered an awareness workshop for employees at the Ministry of Labour over two consecutive days.
The session highlighted the risks associated with tanning devices, the importance of protecting the skin from ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and healthy behaviors that help maintain skin health. The workshop also addressed common myths and misleading information surrounding nutrition and skin health, promoting evidence-based knowledge and scientifically supported health information.”
