Toward Value-Based Cancer Care
This celebration reflects our ongoing journey to deliver faster, fairer, and more efficient care, built on three pillars:
1) Clear & Fast Patient Pathways
- Patient Navigation redesigned the journey from diagnosis to treatment
- 87% of patients reported an improved experience
- 4,818 new cases served (Jan–Sept 2025)
- 21,339 tumor board visits within the Presidential Initiative (Apr 2022–Aug 2025)
2) Mandatory 3-Hour Education (First Visit)
- Plain-language session for patients & caregivers (symptoms, myth-busting, nutrition, BSE)
- 7,555 participants (2023–Sept 2025)
- 90.6% overall satisfaction | 95.8% recommendation to continue
3) Digital, Data-Driven Performance (Presidential Initiative)
- 17,315 women registered (Apr 2022–Aug 2025)
- 6,779 pathology analyses
- 6,274 confirmed breast cancer cases

These results show that clear pathways, structured education, and digital tracking create a scalable Egyptian model of value-based care.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to every physician, pharmacist, nurse, administrator, and faculty member—you are the driving force behind every milestone and every story of hope that begins here.”
