“Professional well being amongst healthcare professionals is a topic that i really care about and work on. We are living hectic times in which recruitment and retention of oncology professionals are becoming more and more challenging.
We need to work on working environments and individual skill sets to better cope with burnout and secondary traumatic stress. It was nice to discuss on these topics at EMUC 2025 in Prague, mid November.”
