“An Honorable Moment for Our Patient Education Unit at ESMO 2025
We are proud and deeply honored that three posters from the Patient Education Unit at the Breast Cancer Hospital- National Cancer Institute, Cairo University, were presented at the ESMO 2025 Congress in Berlin, Germany.
Presented Posters:
- Marital dynamics among young married women with breast cancer.
- A pragmatic multi-component program enhances adherence to oral anticancer therapy in Egyptian breast cancer patients – Rana Elshewy
- Arabic validation of the hot flushes diary for young breast cancer survivors – Maram Montaser Fatma Abdalkarim

It was a special moment to represent our institution and share our experience with the international oncology community at ESMO2025, highlighting the crucial role of patient education and supportive care in enhancing treatment outcomes.
