Parker Institute shared on LinkedIn:
“We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone for Parker Institute portfolio company Georgiamune Inc., which has entered into an exclusive global licensing and collaboration agreement with MENARINI Group for GIM-621, a first-in-class oral immuno-oncology agent with potential across multiple solid tumors.
The agreement includes $45 million in upfront and near-term payments, with total potential deal value of up to $1.1 billion, plus royalties.
This partnership marks an important step toward advancing innovative immunotherapies and translating immune-signaling discoveries into potential new treatment options for patients with cancer.
Congratulations to the Georgiamune team on this exciting achievement!
