In the kitchen, as in any field, a brigade only thrives when there is true balance and coordination. Cooking is not just about preparing a dish; it is about bringing values to life, setting an example, and sharing a philosophy that goes far beyond technique.
The sense of belonging arises when every stage is lived together, while also opening up to other forms of art, such as music and cinema, which teach us the strength of creative contamination.
During service, clarity and rationality are essential, just as in medicine, where the readiness and cohesion of the team can make all the difference.
