“Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the LUNGevity Foundation HOPE Summit in Dallas, TX in support of the lung cancer community!
I am grateful to Bristol Myers Squibb for supporting spaces like this, where people can come together to learn, connect, and be heard. The Summit created room for meaningful discussions around treatment options, how clinical trials may fit into care, navigating practical and financial challenges, and having honest conversations about quality of life, caregiving, and support.
What stayed with me most were the moments between sessions. Seeing people reconnect with friends from past HOPE Summits, share personal milestones, and honor loved ones who should have been there was a powerful reminder of how meaningful community can be. Thank you to the organizers and advocates who created such a thoughtful and welcoming space. I am grateful to have been part of it.”
