A truly memorable experience was participating in the Women in Oncology panel, contributing to a vibrant discussion on professional development, advancing gender equity, and fostering a more inclusive culture in GI cancer research. Enabling opportunities for women, including those at the early stages of their careers, is essential to empower the next generation of clinical leaders and drive real impact for patients.
