“I’m happy to share that I’m joining the Board of Directors at ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis as the mentor representative.
ABCD supports people who have received a breast cancer diagnosis themselves or are caring for someone who has, by connecting them with volunteer mentors. ABCD recently added Board representation of the mentors and I was fortunate to have been asked to serve.
Representing mentor volunteers on the Board is a privilege and a calling. I look forward to contributing to ABCD’s mission as we work to ensure that no one faces a breast cancer diagnosis alone by bringing the mentor perspective to our strategic conversations.
