“Young professionals are already helping drive the future of oncology – but too often, their perspectives remain underrepresented in shaping oncology strategy and collaboration across international networks.
To help change this, OECI launched OECI NextGen.
Formerly known as the OECI Young Network, OECI NextGen provides a structured platform for early-career researchers, healthcare professionals and managers to contribute more actively to OECI’s strategy and activities.
The initiative focuses on strengthening networking, improving dialogue with OECI leadership, supporting career development, and fostering new collaborations across the OECI community.
