“Professionalism safeguards wellbeing
Today my wife and I brought my retired doctor father to CUHKMC for an MRI scan. Sharp-witted as ever, he commented:
‘A doctor’s DNA lives forever in my blood when I see MRI.’
The radiology team impressed us deeply with seamless expertise and tender care—they quickly wrapped my elderly father with a blanket to keep him warm and assisted him patiently in a wheelchair. These young medical staff are passionate and attentive to seniors’ needs.
As Healthcare Thinkers’ Director of Patient Advocacy, I truly value the synergy of Hong Kong’s public-private healthcare. Public – Private Partnership hospitals ease the workload of Hospital Authority public facilities for middle-class families, and we hope to build a complete middle-class healthcare ecosystem with cross-sector collaboration.
Huge gratitude to the CUHKMC team for their compassionate service. Let us treasure every hardworking Hong Kong healthcare professional!”
