“Three years of review road, warmth and escalation – meet positive energy Leona
Today, we stepped into the Radiology Imaging Centre at Gleneagles Hospital for the third year of PET scanning. From the fear when I was diagnosed to the calmness I have now, in the past three years, the professionalism and gentleness here have always been my confidence on the road to recovery.
I especially want to thank my sister Leona, the nurse who took care of me today! She was smiling all over the whole process and full of positive energy, which made the originally slightly nervous review particularly reassuring. During the chat, I learned that she was trained by the Professional Nursing Society, and this professionalism and enthusiasm are the most touching appearance of medical staff.
It turns out that on the road to recovery, we are never alone – with the protection of professional medical care, every step is more powerful.
Review is a test of persistence and an expectation of hope. May every patient meet such a warm “ferryman”, and may we continue to reap health and emotion over the years!
