Poster 1: With regard to treatment choice, patients will trade off a high cure rate for improvement or preservation of quality of life
Poster 2: With regard to centralization of surgical care for advanced esophageal cancer in high volume metropolitan hospitals, out-of-pocket costs incurred for travel and accommodation are a major concern for patients.”
