Niklas Bergh, Docent at University of Gothenburg, Senior Medical Director at AstraZeneca, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I recently completed the Executive Medical Management (EMM) Program at University of Gothenburg’s School of Business, Economics and Law, and I am grateful for the experience.
The program provided a broad and practical perspective on what modern healthcare leadership requires. Across topics such as leadership, health economics, innovation, digitalization, and the legal framework for collaboration, it underscored the importance of connecting scientific understanding with execution and long-term patient benefit.
One of the most valuable aspects was the opportunity to learn through real-world cases and discussions spanning both healthcare and industry. I leave the program with new insights, meaningful connections, and renewed energy to continue fostering collaboration across sectors to help improve patient care.
Thank you to the faculty, guest lecturers, and fellow participants for the openness, expertise, and thoughtful dialogue throughout the program. I would also like to acknowledge the contributions from the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg, Sahlgrenska University Hospital, AstraZeneca, all of which helped make the program such a valuable experience.”
