Nicole Grogan Fleege, Breast Oncologist at The University of Iowa Health Care, shared a post on X:
“As I sit back and reflect on ASCOQLTY25, I think one of my biggest takeaways is to kick the imposter syndrome to the curve!
I had the BEST weekend, and if I had let that little voice telling me I’m ‘not important enough’ to be a Featured Voice, I would have missed out on so much!
Truly, Fumiko Ladd Chino, Ryan Nipp, Cristiane D Bergerot et al are research giants, BUT they’re also approachable, supportive, and SO much fun!
Don’t be afraid to meet your research heroes in real life, and don’t let that tiny little voice ever stop you.
Can’t wait for ASCOQLTY26!”
