Nicholas DeVito, Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Division of Medical Oncology at Duke University, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“More evidence of activity with PD1 bispecifics in GI cancers, with aPD1xIL-15 monotherapy activity in CRC highlighted here.
Even with this sudden embarrassment of bispecific riches, we remain impoverished of biomarkers, and the question becomes how do we best sequence treatments as well as identify patients to maximize benefit. There is a lot of good work to be done, but one thing is for certain: bispecific immunotherapies in gastrointestinal oncology have significant potential to improve outcomes for patients.”
