“Oncology is one of the fastest-changing areas of modern medicine. It requires a professional approach, constant use of new methods, and teamwork across countries. Treating cancer patients is one of the most delicate and responsible parts of healthcare, as it depends on close cooperation between specialists, clear communication, and following the latest medical guidelines.
In July 2025, GAIMES 2025 hosted an international medical conference organized by Medibridge Global. The event brought together top experts from five countries. Its main goal was to strengthen cooperation between doctors and share the newest knowledge and experience — an important step toward improving cancer care worldwide.
As part of the conference, Neolife Oncology Center, collaborating with Medibridge Global, fully sponsored the internship of a Georgian medical student, Nana Berishvili. This shows the importance of global partnerships and how educational support can help improve healthcare systems in developing countries.
For smaller countries like Georgia, investing in oncology education is especially important. Projects like this help train local doctors and bring national healthcare closer to international standards.
