Naoto T Ueno, Director of the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, shared a post on X:
“The 2nd Hawai‘i Cancer Conference launched one of the best real-world case-based learning experiences, bringing together community physicians and academic experts. We talked about evidence – and thoughtfully went beyond it. Usually, an academic meeting ends with only guidelines or the latest clinical trials. Yes, they are important, but we talk about what is happening at the front line.
Hosted by the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, Hawaiʻi Society of Clinical Oncology, PER. Chaired by David Gandara, Hope Rugo, Dr. Nicolas Villanueva, and me.”
