This is a great breakthrough, first success story of a new drug modality that brings hope to cancer patients.
Single cell analysis technologies can play an important role in the development of such mRNA cancer vaccine, by giving high resolution information on both tumor cells and their micro-environment. As showing in this Cell Reports Medicine paper from our customers, where FocuSCOPE Single Cell mRNA X Liver Cancer Mutation kit was used to evaluate the targeted elimination of tumor cells harboring certain mutations by neoantigen mRNA vaccine.
