“On Thursday, October 8, 2026, at Hôtel Le Casablanca, we had the pleasure of organizing a roundtable in medical oncology and radiation therapy dedicated to the advances in anti – ALK TKIs in ALK+ NSCLC and the role of radiation therapy in their management.
Alongside Pr Naim, Pr Elmajjaoui, Pr Dahbi, and Pr Sqalli, and with the active participation of residents from both departments, we discussed:
- The evolution of therapeutic strategies and the role of lorlatinib in the first-line setting
- Management of resistance to ALK-TKIs and brain metastases
- Integration of radiation therapy in oligoprogression or brain disease
- The importance of molecular testing and rebiopsy at progression.
