MajesTEC-9 trial of teclistamab vs. PVd or Kd after 1-3 prior lines shows tec w/ better 18-mo. PFS (69.8% vs. 26.9%), OS (79.2% vs. 68.6%) but more G3/4 AEs (CRS 66.0%, ICANS 4.1%, G3/4 infxns 41.6% vs 29%) and more deaths.”
