Phase I/II of twice-weekly ixazomib + pom/dex in RRMM finds ORR 60.0%, 24.0% ≥VGPR (28.9% ≥VGPR in 38 pts who got RP2D); median DOR was 18.0 and 19.3 mos, PFS was 13.9 & 17.8 mos, and 3-year OS rates 85.2% and 80.3%.”
