MSKCC study of 308 pts w/ smoldering myeloma finds lower risk of progression vs. historical reports w/ annual PD rate of ∼6.8% in 1st 5 years; high risk pts by 2/20/20 model had 2- and 5-year progression risks of 35% and 67%.”
