CMV infection in CAR-T recipients is associated w/ increased in-hospital mortality (15.8% vs. 2.5%; RR 6.32), extended hospital stays (41.5 vs. 15.9 days; adjusted ratio 1.67), and higher risk of encephalopathy (RR 13.21).”
