Study of extramedullary myeloma tumor microenvironment finds significantly reduced effector-to-tumor ratio, fewer CD4⁺ T cells, more regulatory CD16⁻ NK cells, higher proportion of exhausted, tumor-reactive CD8+ T cells.”
