Real-world study of bispecific T-cell engager safety and efficacy in systemic AL amyloidosis finds heme ORR 76% (66% CR, 7% VGPR), MRD-negative in 6/6 tested, cardiac and renal response in 64% and 100%; CRS in 45% (all G 1/2).”
