“MATTERHORN and ASTRUM-006 reached the same destination – improved event-free survival – but took very different routes.

  • MATTERHORN: Durvalumab + FLOT (all-comers)
  • ASTRUM-006: PD-L1 CPS ≥5 selection, serplulimab + SOX, no postoperative chemotherapy.

Perhaps the most intriguing question is not whether perioperative immunotherapy works, but how best to deliver it.”
