Munoh Kenne Foma, Hematologist and Oncologist at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, shared on LinkedIn:
“The most important question is not simply which trial is positive but which results should change what we do for our patients today. Most of the time in the US I can start using the medication as soon as possible or I have been using then already which is not the case for Africa and even most of Europe.
The attached ESMO 2026 flyer brings together the major efficacy findings and clinical implications across multiple tumor types. Some findings reinforce approved treatments and others may shape the next generation of standards of care, pending regulatory review and further evidence.
I would especially encourage colleagues to examine DeLLphi-305, NATALEE, HORIZON-Breast06, HERIZON-GEA-01, DASL-HiCaP, and VOLGA.
Of these, DeLLphi-305 is particularly compelling, with median overall survival increasing from 12.7 to 21.1 months.
Please review the flyer and share your perspective: Which ESMO 2026 result is most likely to influence your treatment decisions?
Evidence should drive decisions. Better decisions should translate into better patient outcomes.
